Arrival and Departure

Arrival day is Sunday, and departure day is the following Saturday.

Payment

• A Deposit upon reservation will be required, balance payable 8 weeks prior to course date.
• If you request a reservation within the 8 weeks prior to the start of the course, full payment will be required upon reservation.
• No single room supplement.

Cancellation

If you cancel the holiday we will try and re-book your place. Should it be filled we will make a full refund. However, if we are not able to fill your place you will forfeit any monies paid. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course you will receive a full refund of monies paid to us.

Insurances

It is a condition of booking the holiday, that you are responsible for all necessary insurances for your trip including, but not limited to medical/accident, delay/cancellation, loss/damage cover. We can accept no liability or responsibility for any of the above items.

Smoking

We request that there is no smoking in the transport, house, gite, studio or around the pool.
